MM Singh suspect in yet another scam.Tapan Sen — a Rajya Sabha member from the Communist Party of India (Marxist) , member of Parliament's Standing Committee on Petroleum and Natural Gas,talks about the irregularities, the indifference of the Petroleum Ministry,MM Singh, and PMO, and the nexus between RIL and the UPA government in gas exploration in the KG Basin.
Why Are Derivatives Bad?

4.Derivatives are mainly MISUSED to manipulate the prices of Commodities,Currencies and Stocks by either going long or short,in the respective Futures.
5.This is how the US Dollar is kept artificially STRONG by shorting in Gold and Silver Futures by the Investment Bankers,in whose hands, the Fractional reserve banking becomes a great weapon,as mentioned earlier.
6.Thus the Derivatives are powerful TOOLs of the Investment bankers to Bankrupt Municipalities,nations etc.

Why Is Fractional Reserve Banking Bad?
Because a small amount of Money is misused to Loan a bigger amount,by CREATING MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR..This may destabilize banking,without proper regulation.Fractional Reserve Banking started with Fraction Gold Reserve,by Goldsmiths.
