  Chidambaram,made some statements,regarding Stock Markets and the investors losing due to certain malpractices by some Cos, as per THIS link.He was claiming that Stock Markets are legitimate Businesses and SEBI is a private entities.
     He was answering in the Lok Sabha during the question Hour,on 8//3/2013.
     Thus Chidambaram, admits that Stock Markets are Casinos.
      But he is encouraging the Indian Citizens,to "channel' their SAVINGS into this casino. 
      The following Scheme is implemented by the UPA with Chidambaram's active role.

The so-called "under-recoveries"is a 2 G spectrum scam on an annual basis!!
       There is another scam in the making:-.the pricing of NG produced in India,based on an average one of  USA,Europe and Japan.
       While this is for favouring Shell India a 100% FDI,LNG Co of the Rothschilds and Total Of France,the master of M M Singh,the following argument of the Industry Sources",themselves refutes the claim of the so-called,"ünder-recoveries",by the OMCs[of course,helped by ,many in positions of Influence with a  wink],THEMSELVES!!!.
"Industry sources, however, raised doubts saying acceptance of the recommendations would lead to overriding of the signed contracts. Currently, Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) provide for gas being sold at an arms-length price discovered through market bids invited from potential users. Acceptance of the recommendation would mean government mandating a price of gas and ending the last of the remaining freedoms available, they said.

The government has already taken over the task of fixing users curbing marketing freedom guaranteed in PSC. Sources also questioned how a market price in the US or Europe which is a function demand and supply in that region, could be applied to a hugely fuel deficit nation like India. The US has low gas prices because of abundant fuel with the advant of shale gas while demand in Europe and Japan, unlike India, has fallen."

1.Why not the same salary and perks as in the USA,Europe,Japan etc for Indian employees[of these Cos,especially]?The per capita income of Indians is LOW, compared to these three.
2.Why not pay the salaries and perks,where applicable,in US Dollars,Gold or the strongest Currency,prevailing?
3.Weather in the USA,Europe,Japan is different from  that of India and the Winter is COLDER.This may affect the prices.
4.Why not the cheapest prices from other nations like those in the Gulf ,Latin America etc etc?

1.The income of average Indians is far below that of the International one.

  On 24/4/2012,a day after Pranab Mukherjee,  returned from the USA,after meeting with the IMF,G-20,US MNCs  etc,the UPA Government announced its decision to "deregulate" Diesel price,obviously,under pressure from the USA.This shows that India is being ruled by the USA now.
  The following shows that the Government of India, is also infiltrated,by outside forces.
1.M M Singh became the PM of India in 2004.
2.Shell India,a Rothschilds Co[in collaboration with Total of France], started its 100% FDI,LNG marketing from Hazira,in 2004!Shell India's CEO was Advisor to the Ministry Of Petroleum and NG,Government Of India,for 4 years.Shell India is a Rothschilds Co.GOI infiltrated?
3.The Indian OMCs start reporting LOSSES based on "under-recoveries" from 2004!
  These three significant events have occurred in the same year,2004.In addition M M Singh is,very strongly, suspected to be a puppet of the Rothschilds,who are Advisors to the GOI on Divestment of PSUs....

  This is especially true of the Auto Industry and creation of demand for petrol,Diesel,CNG,LNG etc......It is worth noting that one MNC has started petroleum products marketing in India from 2004,the same year when MM Singh became PM of India and this MNC is reported to be the Master of M M Singh....The MANIPULATION works like this......And many US and European Auto-makers set up shops in India,mainly due to the cheap labour,and for the resources like Water[the industries guzzle Water and this will create problems for India  in future or the problems have already started as the Ground-Water Table is depleting in many areas.Borewells are also cited as another reason],Power[the MNCs can misuse this and rake in profits and India will have to answer for the so-called,"Carbon Emission"], Raw-Materials and Infrastructure,which can be "improved" by providing HUGE LOANS thus tightening the grip of the International Bankers on India,while the MNCs make profits via the Stock market,with the economy "growing"....
         Many of the recent mega-scams under the UPA are due to the encouragement to CONSUMERISM,among others........

  UNDER-RECOVERIES ARE IMAGINARY AND NOT ACTUAL LOSSES INCURRED BY THE INDIAN OMCs.It is a mala fide accounting trick...
       Now having set up the scenario for the profit of "THE MNC",demand for the fueks have to be increased...
For this Consumerism has to be encouraged by..
i.Easy Bank Loans for purchase of vehicles running on petrol,Diesel,LNG and CNG
ii.Reduce interest rates,so that Loans are cheaper.RBI takes care of this.Then RBI claims that to keep the Fiscal deficit LOW,the Fuel prices have to be HIKED!
iii.Keep the Media under control,and use the HYPE for RAISING fuel prices,MISUSING the so-called EXPERTS.Increase the pressure by repeated articles,interviews etc favouring a rise in Fuel prices.
iv.CREATE THE FEAR OF "LESSER ECONOMIC GROWTH"....

1.Creating exclusive NMIZs[National Manufacturing Industrial Zones] like the SEZs.This is land Grab on the sly.Sovereignty and Security,of the nation are also at risk,as these will have their own laws as regards Labour,Environment etc.That is independent pockets within the nation having their own Laws.....They will have "SELF-REGULATION".This DEREGULATION,which will increase fraud and other criminal acts.
       Self Regulation is idealistic,which will not work in the REAL WORLD,and is generally,recommended by those who are liable to break laws or who do not want to obey the Law or those who find Law an obstacle in/for achieving their aims.A very good example is a recommendation for doing away with the Police,and hope that,criminal Acts like murders,robbery etc  etc will not occur. 
2.Minimizing the role of Government.This means PRIVATIZATION and Oligarchy in the Indian Democratic Republic.The Oligarchs will be above Law of the Land.Privatization means NO Audit by the CAG,and the THIEVES can have a field day.
  The Unions of PSUs are the "Strength of the People",in a Democratic Republic.By privatization,this strong opposition is nullified.This is one of the MOST NEEDED steps, in the ushering in of One World Totalitarian Government by the Globalists,of which M M Singh,not DEMOCRATICALLY,elected,but member Club Of Rome, is one.
3.Manufacturing to contribute to 25% of the GDP.
   Too much manufacturing will deplete the Ground-Water Table[industries are water-guzzlers],create pollution,Social unrest,increase criminality etc....

2.Its Oligarchs, have connections with the CIA etc through the reported fronts, Harvard,Yale etc.
3.A nation will be strong, if its Majority are strong.In India Hindus,who are the Majority, are being systematically destroyed by the Globalists to form One World Totalitarian Government.For this, the majority of any nation who will offer the strongest Opposition,to the Globalists' aim of ushering in One World Totalitarian Government,are WEAKENED financially and  misusing Social Engineering, Propaganda[misusing Cinema,Video games,TV, newspapers etc etc] etc creating disunity among the population.
