Climate Conference At Durban,2011,takes effect from 2020.
1.Most importantly,Ignores "chemtrails" due to aerosol spraying from aircraft etc, especially in the USA and Germany.
2.Going by the statement,"The 194-party conference agreed to start negotiations on a new accord that would put all countries under the same legal regime enforcing commitments to control greenhouse gases. It would take effect by 2020 at the latest", NOTHING seems to have been achieved.
3.The USA decided to de-industrialize in the 60s of the last Century, and has been shifting its manufacturing to places where the labour is cheap like China and India.
This has at least the following, important aspects;-
The USA can claim that:-
i. It is polluting "LESS".
ii. Countries like India and China are POLLUTING MORE.
iii.Its MNCs exploiting Globalization can have HUGE profits,"preying" upon the RESOURCES of these nations, which include, cheap Labour,Water, minerals,POLLUTION,creating Social tensions and increasing crimes, increasing INFLATION,etc.
iv.Use these against nations like India and China for bargaining.
A REPORT in The Hindustan Times, mentions that India and China have lost and Europe has won.India had to agree to "emission cuts".As per this report,
"India and China were able to get long term finance to adapt to climate change, transfer and development of clean technologies in Durban outcome but failed to get a legally [en]forceable treaty beyond 2020."
A possibility,as far as India is concerned is that, she may be immersed in debt "offered" by the West, while they get business, here,in India.
Since the source of emission is not clearly defined, the possibility of the Globalists misusing, this to harass Humans,by "limiting" Household emission,to alleviate the limits on the Industries,so that the Oligarchs can make huge profits,by running their plants, at higher capacities,is a dangerous possibility going by what these evil ones have been doing so far.In a country like India whereto, the West is getting its manufacturing base shifted, DUE TO CHEAP LABOUR etc, this is a dangerous sign.
An Op-Ed.
INDIA NEEDS TO STOP WESTERN INDUSTRIES setting shops, in INDIA.
Advantages for the developed nations:-
1.Business citing Green technology.
2.Offering Loan for India and thus making India a Debtor Nation,a trick and rule of the Globalist Bankers.
3.Due to items 1 and 2 above Political clout of the developed nations in India will increase.
4.Due to their Industries being located in India as another "trick",they will enjoy the resources of India, like cheap Labour,water,raw-materials etc.
5.The emissions of the developed nations will come down at the cost of India.
Disadvantages for India:-
1.India has been "allowed" far much less emission than China.
2.India will be a Debtor nation.
3.Due to item 2 above India will have to pay Economic,Political,Social and Religious prices.
4.Chances of Indian Households being allowed "less" energy consumption is a very great National,Human and Social threat.
Canada withdraws from the Kyoto protocol.
THIS link mentions that the EU is the Winner....
